CARVANTA RETURNS POLICY
At Carvanta, we pride ourselves on supplying quality used vehicles that have undergone pre-delivery inspections and preparation before sale.
RETURNS
Customers wishing to return a vehicle should contact Carvanta as soon as possible to discuss the reason for the return.
Where a return is accepted after the first 30 days of ownership, any refund offered will be subject to a mileage deduction to reflect the use, depreciation and wear and tear of the vehicle.
Mileage Deduction
A deduction of £2.00 per mile will apply for every mile driven after the first 30 days from the date of collection or delivery.
This deduction will be calculated using the vehicle's recorded mileage at the time of sale and the mileage at the time the vehicle is returned.
The mileage deduction forms part of Carvanta's Terms and Conditions of Sale and is agreed to by the customer at the point of purchase.
CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE
Returned vehicles must be returned in substantially the same condition as when supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. Carvanta reserves the right to make additional deductions where the vehicle has sustained damage, has missing accessories, documentation, keys or service items, or has been modified after purchase.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the vehicle has been inspected, any applicable deductions, including mileage and condition-related deductions, will be calculated before any refund is processed.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that customers may have under applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Where statutory rights apply, they will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
